The short version: Sculpt & Stretch Pilates collects your name, email, and bookings so we can run your sessions, and nothing else. We don't track you, we don't sell anything, and we'll delete it all if you ask.
When you create an account: your name and email address.
When you book: which class or lesson you booked, the date and time, any note you add for us, and whether the booking is pending, confirmed, or cancelled.
When you use the contact form: your name, email address, and message. You do not need an account to send one.
That is all. We do not ask for your address, phone number, birthday, or payment details on this website. Payment happens at the studio.
We use your information only to run your bookings: to hold your spot, to send you booking confirmations and cancellation notices, to put the session on the instructor's calendar, and to reply when you write to us.
We do not send newsletters or promotional email, we do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Like most small businesses, we rely on a few services to run the website. Each one handles your information only to provide that service to us:
Clerk manages accounts and sign-in. Neon stores accounts and bookings. Vercel hosts the website. Resend delivers booking emails. Google (Workspace and Calendar) receives contact-form messages and holds the studio calendar, where a booked session shows your name and any note you added.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your account page shows your bookings, and you can cancel a booking there. To correct your name or email, ask us through the contact form.
To have your account and booking history deleted, send us a request through the contact form using the email address on your account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
We keep your account and booking history until you ask us to delete it. Contact-form messages stay in our studio email for as long as they are useful for answering you.
The site is served over an encrypted connection, passwords are handled by Clerk and never stored by us, and only the studio owners can see bookings. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we collect to the minimum above.
The website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, let us know and we will delete it.
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
